John Henry Holliday, DDS: aveolar process
John to Harry: How did you deal with trading the solitude and well-organised responsibilities of your dark apartment for the demands and pleasures of a wife, child and reliable company?

John to Damien: What is it like, to be a wizard when so many around you are not?

John to the typist: How are your teeth?

Typist to Harry: Do you miss anything about Justin?

Typist to Damien: Would you ever take up stage or card magic again? If so what magic would you do? If not, why not?

Typist to typist: Tell me what you like very best about your city.

John to Alan: What do you feel when you prosecute a client who is innocent, but guilty of other crimes, who is yet a worthy person?

John to Alan: Do you fear word salad now you have experienced it? How has that experience affected you?

John to typist: You had said that history had conspired against us. What about my time displacement concerns you?

Typist to Alan: Denny is surely your best and closest friend. Were you lonely before you joined Crane Poole and Schmidt?

Typist to Alan: If Shirley stayed the night with you, in the best of all possible ways, how would you be together at breakfast?

Typist to typist: When dien recommended you to me she said you loved Alan as I loved John. Tell me how you love Alan.

John to Hickey: *smiles and asks something he has never asked him* Hickey, how do you think you have changed the world, for the future?

John to Elwood: I still think fondly of you. How are you?

John to typist: Do you identify with any of your boys particularly, do you live with them all at different times, or do you live as them all at different times, or they all your friends sitting around your living room eating whiskey waffles together? They are so different, yet I feel connection to them all, even before I know they are yours (witness Elwood, Marlo, Hickey and yes possibly Jamie and/or Edmond, and even Richard.) *carries on*

Typist to Scrimegour: Your advice was good. What frustrated you about the ministry? I see you smiling, but it must have been very frustrating. Feel free to state a positive aspect also if you wish.

typist to Jamie: Tell me how you feel about Edmund.

Typist to typist: Ring-ring-ring-ring-ring-ring-ring banana-Brecht! Ok. That was gratuitous, but it has been echoing in my head all day. I have the phone song on my ipod. If you could, what, produce? direct? *is sadly lacking in proper theatre terminology* If you could ______ a play and you could do anything you wanted, what play would you select and what would be its distinct features?

John to Robin: Tell me something brilliant about learning dueling. I have not used swords, but I surely have a professional interest.

John to Robin: I believe in Educationtm. Do you still want to study writing?

John to Robin: *smiles* You are with a wonderful girl. Tell me how it is to be happy.

John to Robin: You know I believe in loyalty above all because we have discussed this. To what do you feel most loyalty?

John to Robin: If you do not have a muse, you have had many characters! With which would you most like to go to dinner, and why?

John to Robin: Sometimes I have dreams, and I love it, though mine are due to fever for the most part. What is a dream you have had that you cherish?

John Henry Holliday, DDS: 'the soul breasts its own griefs'
Typist to Camilla: After the Latin and Greek cultures, which would you choose as more interesting or useful, or would you choose the modern time?

Typist to Camilla: The Bacchanal. I can't help but being intrigued as you were initially no doubt. What was it like, afterwards, to know you could lose yourself to the Dionysian? What was it like to come back?

Typist to Camilla: I did not miss Bunny. Did you feel as much dismay at his life as at his death?

Typist to Camilla: While we are being impertinent I see you almost as a Grecian statue, cool and beautiful. In what do you see great beauty?

Typist to Camilla: I know what I see in Henry. What most draws you to him?

Typist to Camilla: What is it like to have a twin, to never be lonely or alone, to be known, to know another completely?

Honestly, before friending him we had been reading his posts as they appeared, thinking, 'How nice to see Lupin' (we call him Lupin in our head for some reason.) We both like him very much - so warm and sad.

John to typist: It makes me glad when typists love their friends. Why do you love Remus?

John to Remus: I should like to get to know you a little more, if you like. Might you come for drinks sometime, or perhaps ice cream or pie if you do not drink?

John to Remus: What quality or ideal do you most want to possess, not for another, but for yourself?

John to Remus: At night, is there a recurring dream that intrigues you, makes you secretly glad, or reveals insight you might not otherwise have encountered?

John to Remus: What comforted you, before you came back to Hogwarts, before you had your family?

Typist to typist: Remus is with Tonks, and it is perfect. Remus is with Sirius and it is perfect. How can you manage this? I am all admiration.

John to Tonks: Is there anything especial I could do for you or your family, that would please them?

John to Tonks: I am not a wizard. Will you mind, terribly, think less of me?

John to Cecily: What do you love most - what moves you to
joy?

John to Cecily: Of what do you think as 'terrible things?' For what would you be unable to forgive me?

Typist to typist: What is the best I can know of Tonks, and the worst, that John and I will love her absolutely?

Typist to Tonks: Tell me about Hufflepuff. What makes you proud of your house? The books said so little.

John to someones_son: *smiles warmly* Tell me... do you enjoy your classes? Are you inspired to study?

John to Severus: How can I make our conversations warmer and more comfortable, yet not less... meaningful?

John to Severus: Do you forgive me... for Albuquerque?

John to typist: *shyly* How did Severus react... when I kissed him?

Typist to Severus: Tell me about absolute truth. I tried to answer your typist, but it took me three days and I still was not perfectly happy with it.

Typist to typist: Why do you identify with Javert, over Severus? I know we spoke of this, but I am not completely clear.

John to Adama: Is there a universal truth that strikes you with terrible concern?

John to Adama: What was the childhood experience that most affected your future character?

John to Adama: Do you have an extracurricular hobby that you enjoy?

John to Ruairi: I have ridden horses, of course. What is it like, from the other side, as it were?

John to Ruairi: Is there anyone you hate?

Typist to typist: I have not read The Grey Horse. does it have to do with a Lost Land? There is a Cornish folk tale...

John Henry Holliday, DDS: small
Wow, it is hard to think of things we do not naturally ask you, but it is lovely you posted here. 8^)

John to Gabriel: I love you like the sun - warm, life-giving, steady, ever-present, so reassuring and loving too. I would photosynthesise for you, as I said. Is there anything, anything at all I can do for you to be... more for you? I know you have our Father for all you need, but can I... is there anything I can do, that I could... love you better... no, show you better that I love you and can care for you?

John to Gabriel: It meant so much to light the menorah with you. It is the wrong season now, but... Will you play driedel with me? I got you a very nice one, and silver dimes - just a little present in the middle of Hanukah.

John to typist: I failed with Paul, but he was truly quite drunk. Is there... any subject we might meet to discuss, anything that could entice him that is not quite so fraught with peril? I've been learning...

John to Paul: Do you think maybe... you would help me with my modern wardrobe someday? Your style is sartorial, as is mine but from a previous time of course and I could use advice for both visiting and dignified casual attire...

John to typist: *very very shyly, so shyly the writing is small* Didn't Gabe want a kiss, at Christmas?

Typist to typist: September again? August?

And as always we are both John and Denzil.

J & D to Teunis: So how about real drinks sometime - that would be cool?

J & D to Teunis: We still like the idea of your being a priest. Could you tell us a little more about your religion at that time?

J & D to Teunis: Why did you love the person you miss most?

J & D to Teunis: What is something you saw once - a scene or picture - that spoke to you in metaphor?

J & D to Teunis: Why Thor rather than Odin? We like the part with him on Yggdrasil...

J & D to Teunis: At what do you see yourself working, ideally?
